Inspired by the first women's dress shirt Ralph Lauren introduced in the 1970s, this American-made piece combines a slim fit, a high armhole, and a face-framing spread collar for a feminine take on a menswear mainstay.

Details

Slim fit.
US size 8 has a 28½" body length and a 32½" sleeve length. Body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes ¼" between sizes.
Spread collar. Buttoned placket. Genuine mother-of-pearl buttons.
